President and Founder

Dayne R. Jensen MD, DMD

has extensive experience starting, buying, selling, owning, managing, and expanding oral surgery practices. He is also an accomplished Oral, Facial, and Cosmetic Surgeon with degrees from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (Dentistry) and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (MD) while completing a cosmetic surgery fellowship in Oklahoma City, OK.

Josh R. Fotheringham

Chief Executive Officer

Josh R. Fotheringham

brings international executive leadership in Fortune 500 companies and private equity-based healthcare market expertise to the world of well-capitalized oral surgery ventures. Formerly the CEO of an industry leading digital health company, Josh brings strategic, technical, and operational skills to Oragen. He holds master’s degrees in business and information technology.

combines executive leadership experience with sound financial strategy to increase the value of both publicly and privately held companies. His deep knowledge of financial structuring and modeling, accounting principles, tax regulations, cash management, and banking relationships benefits all Oragen entities. He holds master’s degrees in business and accounting.

Nathan R. Shinn

General Counsel

Nathan R. Shinn

is a seasoned business attorney with experience representing technology companies and private equity funds in mergers, acquisitions, and commercial transactions. Nathan was formerly the Vice President and Associate General Counsel of a developer of emissions-reducing technology and a partner in Kirkland and Ellis LLP’s private equity practice group.
